PT Bayu Buana Gemilang (BBG) is one of Indonesia's leading private companies operating in the downstream natural gas sector. BBG focuses on the trading and distribution of natural gas through pipeline networks.

A major milestone was achieved in July 2024, when Sakura Indonesia Energy Co., Ltd. (Sakura) officially acquired a 45% equity stake in BBG. Sakura is a 50:50 joint venture between LNG JAPAN and Toho Gas.

The remaining 55% stake in BBG is owned by Green Energy Investment, consisting of its original shareholders.

Green Energy Investment (GEI) telah mengembangkan portofolio proyek energi melalui tahapan terstruktur, mulai dari studi kelayakan, akuisisi lahan, perancangan teknis, hingga penandatanganan kontrak dengan mitra strategis seperti PLN, yang membuktikan komitmen perusahaan dalam menghadirkan solusi energi yang terencana dan berkelanjutan.

Mini Hidro 1

Telah dilakukan penandatanganan Commercial Operation Date (COD) pada tanggal 22 Juli 2022 antara PLN (Persero) Unit Wilayah Sumatera Utara dengan PT Partogi Hidro Energi (PLTM Aek Sibundong).
Dengan telah beroperasinya PLTM Aek Sibundong dengan kapasitas 10 MW, maka menambah bauran Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) pada sistem ketenagalistrikan provinsi Sumatera Utara.
